Warhawks tie vs. South Lakes 3-3

Madison faced an equally young South Lakes team and spent much of the game in catch up mode but managed to even it up late in the 3rd period. The Warhawks started off the scoring with a goal by Preston Cain, assisted by Max Marr with 6 minutes remaining in the first. South Lakes would earn 2 goals in the 2nd period, but the Warhawks would tie things up early in the 3rd period with an unassisted goal from Max Marr. The Seahawks would pull ahead with 3:20 left in the 3rd, but Madison would tie it up with 2:32 left in the game with a goal from rising freshman Peter Dorosheff, assisted by TJ Ezzard. The Warhawks fired off 26 shots and goalie Ben D’Haiti would turn away 17 of South Lakes 20 shots.

The Warhawks face Paul the 6th/ St. Stephens on Sunday April 14th at 2:15pm at Skatequest.
