The Warhawk varsity squad remains undefeated with a resounding win over the Fairfax/Centerville Wildcats 10-2. Forward Jason Calem had a stand out performance scoring his 2nd hat trick in as many games with 3 goals in the 3rd period along with 4 assists. Forward Luke Pohlman and team Captain Kamron Sarmadi both contributed multiple goals with 2 apiece. Additional goal scorers were Brendan Fielman, Keegan Sweeny and Jeff Hunter. Goal assists were Sammy Thompson and Nick Willey. Goalie Alex Tudan turned away 21 of 23 shots. The Warhawks are tied for second place in the Northern Virginia Scholastic Hockey League (NVSHL). Come see their next game against the Langley Saxons on January 6, 2017 at 9:40 pm at Skatequest in Reston.
